Q. We are buying a laptop and the smallness is very convenient for us, so we like the net book. The main goal for the computer we want is internet and microsoft office. Would a net book work the same as the laptop? Asked by Strawbana - Wed Dec 31 11:29:54 2008 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments A. Netbooks tend to be a lot smaller and cheaper than notebooks. They really aren't recommended as being someone's primary machine. Netbooks tend to trade off things like CD/DVDROM drives for better battery life and being more light-weight. They'd be great for takings notes in class or other less intensive computing activites, writing papers, web surfing, etc. Notebooks tend to have faster, dual core processors, DVDRW drives, but tend to be heavier, have shorter battery lives, get hotter and therefore need more battery power and fans to cool themselves down, have bigger screens, and are therefore more expensive. So buy what suites your needs best :) Answered by Steve M - Wed Dec 31 11:34:44 2008 How do I make a french net cage wedding veil? Q. I am looking for an easy way to make a french net veil. Not too complicated or expensive, it's actually for a wedding shower not the real deal. Asked by Aurora Z - Tue Aug 29 11:51:39 2006 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments A. The big problem I see is getting the proper material. Can you find the right French Net material? If so, it should be easy. If not, you will have to resort to regular tulle, I guess, and make a regular veil, instead. Either way, the two sites below should help point you on your way. Good luck!! Answered by Yahzmin (US) - Tue Aug 29 13:10:05 2006 What is the magnitude of the average net force acting on the truck during the 21.0 s interval?
Q. A 2150-kg truck is traveling along a staight, level road at a constant speed of 55.0 km/h when the driver removes his foot from the accelerator. After 21.0 s, the truck's speed is 33.0 km/h. What is the magnitude of the average net force acting on the truck during the 21.0 s interval? Asked by Tam - Mon Jun 25 21:28:06 2007 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments A. To find the average acceleration, subtract the two velocities and divide by time. You will have to convert your velocities to m/s: 55 - 33 = 22 *1000/3600 = 6.1 m/s 6.1 m/s / 21 s = 0.29 m/s^2 Multiply mass times acceleration to get force: F = 2150 * 0.29 = 626 N Darn! 1 second too late!
