Q. I want to start a small online biz and I'd have to charge people, I don't want them to use checks because it might discourage them. I'd use PayPal but I live in Peru and Paypal doesn't work here. I'd like something that will charge credit cards. Any ideas? I know there are some lke Verisign (I think that's the name) but are way too expensive. Any help will be appreciated.
